③如文章獲得基金項目資助，請注明基金項目及編號。
④正文：正文應層次清楚，方便閱讀，行文符合規范。
⑤文稿應具有科學性、創新性、導向性、實用性，論點明確，資料可靠，文字精練，用字規范，層次清楚，必要時應做統計學處理，文稿附圖表量不限。
